Our Story
Hi, my name is Jessica. Along with my partner James, we’ve turned our passion for gourmet food and entertaining into a thriving business. For years, we’ve been the go-to hosts for friends and family gatherings, with our beautifully arranged charcuterie boards often being the centerpiece at many events. Our ability to create not only delicious but also visually stunning culinary experiences inspired us to launch this unique business venture. Our mobile charcuterie cart adds a unique and nostalgic touch to any event, reminiscent of classic food carts or trucks. Whether you prefer one of our carefully curated packages or have a vision of something special, we have you covered.
Why the name?
James is Scottish and moved to the US in 1980. On one of our many trips to the UK, we visited Scotland, where I was determined to see Highland cows. While heading to a 17th-century pub, we spotted them in a picturesque pasture. Despite the misting rain, I got out of the car with an apple in hand as James exclaimed, “They will never come up to you.” But one did, and enjoyed a treat! It was an unforgettable experience, and those beautiful creatures left a lasting impression.
