Manchego Cheese

Manchego cheese, a celebrated Spanish cheese, is made from the milk of Manchega sheep native to the La Mancha region of Spain. Manchego has a firm and compact texture with small, irregular holes. It ranges from creamy and slightly crumbly to more granular, depending on its aging. 

The flavor of Manchego is distinctive and varies with age. Younger Manchego is milder, buttery, and slightly tangy, while aged Manchego develops a nuttier, more complex flavor with a pronounced sharpness.
