Smoked Salmon

Smoked Salmon is fish that has been cured by smoking. Foods have been smoked by humans throughout history. Originally this was done to preserve the fish. We use wild Canadian smoked Coho salmon for its unique smoked flavor that pairs well with herbed spreadable cheese.
